I primarily work with founders, business owners, and growing brands that need an outside perspective on what's working, what's not, and where to focus next.
Most of my clients are:
Businesses in years 2–6 of growth
Growth-stage brands navigating change or scaling
Overwhelmed founders juggling multiple priorities
Businesses with established marketing efforts that aren't producing the expected results
Owners looking for direction before investing more time, budget, or resources
-
I don’t focus on more marketing activity or surface-level recommendations. I focus on understanding what’s actually happening inside a business through data, performance, and customer behavior and translating that into clear direction on what to prioritize next.
My background spans both corporate and agency environments, where I worked across large-scale campaigns and complex systems. I bring that same level of strategic thinking into smaller businesses, but in a way that’s simplified, practical, and tailored to real-world constraints like time, budget, and capacity.
Rather than telling you what to add, I help you see what’s already working, what’s being missed, and what deserves attention first.
-
Yes! I have 16+ years of experience across agencies, corporate marketing, and consulting (just last year on my own).
That mix allows me to understand both how large-scale marketing systems work and how small businesses actually operate day-to-day.
My approach focuses on simplifying what exists, identifying what’s working and what’s not, and applying proven marketing principles in a faster, more direct way than traditional agency or consulting models.
I know what businesses in this stage really need. This is why I pivoted my business a well.

Sometimes you don’t need a full business overhaul you just need clarity in one specific area.
Mini audits are focused deep dives into a single platform, channel, or marketing challenge. This could include:
social media performance
website experience
digital advertising campaigns
email marketing
content strategy
customer journey gaps
brand messaging
If something feels off, underperforming, inconsistent, or disconnected, we hone in on the issue, identify opportunities, and create practical recommendations to improve performance and direction.
Or you’re looking to tap into a specific channel but dont know how or where to start.

Yes! I primarily work remotely, which allows me to support clients wherever they’re based.
In-person sessions can be an option (I prefer) depending on your location (LA or OC based), scope, project type, and can be discussed during the initial consultation. Just ask!
-
Yes! I provide a written recap of key insights and next steps following our session. As I understand there is no way to recall everything at once.
Recordings can also be arranged when appropriate, depending on the type of engagement - must be agreed across both parties.
-
I offer workshops and strategy sessions designed to help business owners better understand their marketing, branding, and growth strategy.
These are typically focused, educational, and practical giving you clarity and direction you can apply immediately to your business.

-
Not at all.
Most clients come to me knowing something feels off. Whether that’s marketing performance, messaging clarity, or overall business direction.
The purpose of our initial conversation is to understand your goals, identify gaps, and determine the level of support that makes the most sense moving forward.
-
A clear strategic audit of your current marketing, brand, and digital ecosystem
A prioritized roadmap outlining what to fix, build, or optimize first
A presentation deck summarizing findings and recommendations
Actionable next steps broken into phases (quick wins vs long-term growth)
Supporting resources, templates, or references (if applicable)
Optional: recorded walkthrough or recap notes (if you offer it)
-
To get the most value from this engagement, clients should have a baseline level of clarity and access to key business information. This ensures the audit and roadmap are strategic, accurate, and actionable.
Ideally, you should have access to:
Brand guidelines (or current brand direction if not formally documented)
Basic understanding of your target audience(s)
Marketing activity overview (active or past campaigns, channels, performance if available)
Budget or general spend range for marketing/advertising
Access to key metrics (website analytics, CRM, ad platforms, or P&L insights if applicable)
Any existing systems, tools, or platforms currently in use
For secure access, you may either:
Share view-only logins, or
Provide access via a secure link or invite-based permissions (preferred)
-
If you’re still in the early stages of defining your brand, audience, or systems, this full audit + roadmap may not be the best first step.
In that case, a mini-audit focused on a specific area (brand clarity, website, ads, or funnel performance) is often a better starting point. This allows us to build foundational clarity before moving into a full growth roadmap.
Of if you’re in the early stages, I would recommend a Clarity Call.

Team management
Ad management
Content creation
Graphic design
Social posting
Vendor management
Weekly implementation oversight
These may be included in the Quarterly Advisor package but I dont execute the work. Your team would.
I do have referrals for daily or monthly executions. I can give you my POCs and trust that you’ll be in good hands

The best place to start if you’re in the early stages of your business is a clarity call. These sessions provide focused insight on what to prioritize, what to simplify, and what’s actually moving your business forward right now. This is most bang for your buck.
I’m also developing DIY resources for brands building structure, systems, and consistency at their own pace, coming soon.
-
I care deeply about the businesses I work with because behind every brand is a vision, a livelihood, and something that matters.
My role is to step in with perspective and honesty helping identify what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift so you can move forward with intention and confidence.
I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I believe the work only matters if it’s aligned, and I want to believe in your business just as much as you believe in it.
-
I realized most businesses don’t need ongoing consulting or new frameworks—they need clarity on what’s already happening inside their business. My best work is not in telling people what to do, but in organizing what already exists so patterns, gaps, and opportunities become clear.
That’s what led me away from traditional consulting and into focused audits and strategy sessions that give business owners clear direction without dependency or over complication.
-
Absolutely!
I take on select 3–6 month freelance or contract roles (W2 opportunities) outside of my consulting work.
These are separate from BNL Marketing and are best suited for companies needing experienced support in strategy, account management, or performance marketing within existing teams and systems.
